Anatomy Miami Beach

1614 Alton Rd, Miami Beach, FL

Anatomy Miami Beach is the brand's flagship, a 2023 build at the corner of Lincoln Road and Alton Road designed by Frossard Fernandez Design around a 70-foot skylit glass atrium, with roughly 18,000 square feet inside and another 8,000 outdoors. The recovery floor is called the Sanctuary: two hot plunges facing two cold plunges, a eucalyptus steam room and a hybrid traditional-and-infrared sauna lined with Himalayan salt. Outside, past the open-air training deck and sprint track, two more saunas sit beside their own cold plunges, so you can do contrast rounds in the Miami air. This is a members' gym first, built for people who train and then want to recover properly. The Sanctuary is open during club hours, 5 a.m. to 10 p.m. on weekdays and 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on weekends, and you move between the heat and the cold at your own pace. Single-club membership runs about $285 a month on an annual plan ($335 month-to-month, plus an enrollment fee), and an All Access tier adds every other Anatomy club. Non-members can claim a complimentary guest pass through the website, and visitor reviews report a day pass of around $75. Locker rooms are stocked with Malin + Goetz products and Dyson dryers, and members get two hours of free parking. Anatomy started in Sunset Harbour in 2014 and moved its Miami Beach home a few blocks south into this bigger space. Membership comes bundled with extras such as a functional assessment, a personal-training session and a VitaSquad vitamin infusion, and the club also runs VO2 max testing, mobility stretching and an IV lounge, which makes it a full training-and-recovery routine rather than a quick sweat.
