Augment Wellness Gilbert is the original East Valley studio of the Arizona cold-plunge franchise, on Warner Road a block east of Gilbert Road near the Heritage District. The floor is a shared community studio of infrared saunas, Odin cold plunge tubs and warm contrast tubs, ringed by Normatec compression chairs with BrainTap headsets; supplemental rooms add red light therapy, a halotherapy salt room, PEMF, the BioCharger NG and a soft-shell hyperbaric chamber. Reviewers rate it 4.9 on Google and keep coming back for the staff, who coach first-timers through their first plunge. The visit is a one-hour Core Session: it opens with Normatec compression, then 40 minutes on the floor of a shared 'community studio' where you rotate between the infrared sauna, the cold plunge and the warm contrast tub at your own pace. Everything is sold as a membership: Enhance (4 Core Sessions a month), Amplify (8, plus one add-on modality per visit) and Augment VIP (unlimited, plus two add-ons), with credits, packs and single-use pricing available on request and a free first session or tour for newcomers; Augment publishes no dollar figures, so ask at the desk. Shoes come off at the door, and Wellhub and ClassPass members can book in through those platforms. Hours are early-bird on most days, 6 a.m. to 7 p.m., but note the unusual Wednesday window (10 a.m. to 2 p.m.) and the short Sunday, and that the Wellhub listing shows a later close, so check before an evening visit. Gender-neutral restrooms, a changing room, lockers and a drinking fountain are on site.
