Bathhouse Nashville

Wedgewood-Houston (address not yet announced), Nashville, TN

Bathhouse, the New York bathhouse brand behind the Williamsburg, Flatiron, Atlantic Avenue and Philadelphia locations, is building its first ground-up site in the South in Wedgewood-Houston, inside AJ Capital Partners' Wedgewood Village development near the relocated Merritt Mansion, Soho House and the May Hosiery mills. Announced in December 2024, the lease is about 40,000 square feet including roughly 12,000 square feet outdoors, and the published plan calls for four thermal pools, three saunas, a massage program, locker rooms and a food and beverage program. Expect the format of the existing houses: big co-ed saunas at different temperatures with daily Sauna Rituals, cold plunges beside hot soaking pools, steam, and a restaurant-bar, all run as a social 'anti-spa' rather than a hushed treatment spa. As of November 2026 Bathhouse's own site does not yet list Nashville, no street address or opening date has been published, and the most recent trade coverage (January 2026) still described the project as underway. Once it opens, day passes, Sauna Rituals, memberships and long hours (8 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. in New York, with day passes from $29 to $39) are the likely model. This is a placeholder listing for an announced venue so Nashville sauna-goers can find it; the address, hours, pricing and photos will be added when Bathhouse announces an opening.
