Beach Sauna grew out of a mobile sauna trailer that started showing up at North County beaches and never quite left. The Encinitas location keeps the salt-air, post-surf ethos: barrel saunas, cold plunges, and a sauna suite for small groups, all within walking distance of the bluff. It's a deliberately low-key operation — towel hooks instead of valets, regulars who bike up after a dawn session at Beacons or Swami's. The mobile rig still rolls out for events and pop-ups, which keeps the brand stitched into the broader Encinitas wellness scene. Walk-ins are welcome and red light therapy is bookable as an add-on.
