beem Light Sauna Addison

4150 Belt Line Rd Ste 101, Addison, TX

This is a placeholder listing for beem Light Sauna Addison, which the brand's own site currently marks as Coming Soon at Addison Grove, 4150 Belt Line Road, Suite 101, on Addison's restaurant row between the Dallas North Tollway and Midway Road. The site invites locals to join a VIP founding-member list and 'secure a founding membership', but publishes no opening date, hours or prices. The suite was built out in spring 2024, and a Dallas lifestyle blog reported the studio open with a February 2025 grand opening, so this appears to be a relaunch of an existing build rather than new construction; ThermAtlas will update the listing once the brand confirms it is taking bookings. When it opens, expect the same format as the brand's other Dallas-Fort Worth studios: locked private suites with a full-spectrum infrared cabin, a red light panel and eight-colour chromotherapy, sold as 40-minute sauna sessions and 15-minute red light sessions, with towels and water provided, a Social Sauna option for two, a 16+ age policy and HSA/FSA billing. Sister studios price single sessions around $49-59 and unlimited memberships at $179-199 a month, so budget accordingly, and check the Addison location page for a founding-member deal before it opens.
