Instead of a hot wood room, you book a private suite with a full-spectrum infrared sauna that combines near, mid and far infrared wavelengths. Solo cabins seat one, and Social cabins seat two if you book with a friend. Each has eight chromotherapy color settings and a tablet for streaming shows or music. There is no cold plunge.
