beem Light Sauna Concord

2410 Herrons Nest Pl NW Ste 105, Concord, NC

beem Light Sauna Concord is a private infrared and light-therapy studio off Highway 73 in north Concord. Each guest gets a private suite with a full-spectrum infrared sauna for 40-minute sessions under chromotherapy lighting, and you can add a 15-minute red light session or green and blue light treatments to the same visit. Everything is by appointment. New clients get a buy-one-get-one first light session, and Concord's memberships are a little cheaper than other Charlotte-area studios: $109 for four sessions a month, $149 for eight and $179 for unlimited, with 5, 10 and 20-session packs at $209, $369 and $609. Guests must be 16 or older, and 16- and 17-year-olds need a parent or guardian to sign a consent form. Towels are provided; wear loose, breathable clothing or nothing at all in a solo suite, and bring a swimsuit if you are sharing a Social Sauna with a friend. Remove lotions and oils before you go in, cancel at least four hours ahead to avoid a $25 fee, and arrive on time, because more than ten minutes late counts as a no-show. You can book one session per day, and beem says sessions are HSA/FSA eligible. beem is a franchise built around light rather than steam: the same appointment can stack an infrared sweat with red, green or blue light treatments and a session plan from its luumi wellness assistant on your first visit. It is a quiet, private alternative to Charlotte's social bathhouses, suited to anyone who wants heat on their own schedule without sharing a bench. Note that beem has no cold plunge, so pair it with somewhere else if you want contrast therapy.
