beem Light Sauna Gilbert was the brand's first Arizona studio, a second-floor suite on Val Vista Drive south of the Loop 202 that held its grand opening on January 25, 2025. Like every beem, it is built around private suites rather than a shared hot room: each one holds a full-spectrum infrared sauna (near, mid and far wavelengths) with chromotherapy color lighting, Netflix and surround sound, and there are separate rooms for 15-minute red light therapy. There is no cold plunge or steam; the draw is a quiet, solo 40-minute sweat you can book on a lunch break. Sessions are reserved in the beem app or online, in a Solo suite or a two-person Social suite that has to be booked ahead. A first infrared session is half price, a drop-in was listed at $59 at opening, and the month-to-month plans are $129 for four sessions, $169 for eight (the studio's most popular) and $199 for unlimited, with 5/10/20-session packs at $229/$389/$629. Towels are provided; wear loose, breathable clothing or a swimsuit if you share a suite, skip lotions beforehand, and be on time, since arrivals more than 10 minutes late are cancelled and late cancellations or no-shows under four hours cost $25. Minimum age is 16, with a parent or guardian consent form for anyone under 18. Hours are long for a boutique studio, 7:30 am to 8 pm on weekdays and 7:30 am to 6 pm Saturdays, with Sunday starting at 9:30, and Google reviewers (a 5.0 average from around 80 reviews) mostly praise the staff and the ability to stack red light and sauna in one visit.
