beem Light Sauna Heath

315 Laurence Dr Ste 200, Heath, TX

beem Light Sauna Heath is the eastern outpost of the brand in Dallas-Fort Worth, a private-suite infrared studio on the upper floor of a 2020-built brick retail and medical building at the corner of Laurence Drive (FM 740) and FM 549 in Heath, next to the Tom Thumb center and between Amy Parks Elementary and Rockwall-Heath High School, on the east shore of Lake Ray Hubbard. The roughly 1,900-square-foot finish-out of sauna suites and restrooms was completed in August 2024 under local operator Light Health & Wellness LLC, and the studio opened that autumn for Heath, Rockwall and Forney. Each suite is locked and private, with a full-spectrum infrared cabin, a red light panel and an eight-colour chromotherapy setting. First-timers are pointed to the $29 BEEM Experience (a 15-minute red light session plus the 40-minute infrared sauna), and a single session after that is $49. Memberships are $109 for four sessions a month (with two advanced-light sessions), $149 for eight and $179 unlimited, and the buy-5-get-5 and buy-10-get-10 packs are $209 and $369. Towels and a water dispenser are provided, you change in the suite, minimal clothing is encouraged, and guests must be 16 or older. Hours are 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday to Thursday, 8 to 4 Friday, 8 to 2 Saturday and 8 to 1 Sunday, which makes it one of the few DFW beems open early on a Sunday; cancel more than four hours ahead to avoid the $25 fee. It is a quiet, neighbourly studio where walk-ins usually get a suite straight away, and the lakeside location means a session pairs well with a morning on Ray Hubbard.
