beem Light Sauna Highland Village is a private-suite infrared studio in a Justin Road (FM 407) retail strip in Highland Village, a few minutes west of The Shops at Highland Village and sharing its building with a pediatric urgent care and a donut shop. Owner Lori Green opened it on November 7, 2024 for the Flower Mound, Highland Village and Lewisville side of Denton County. The layout is a row of locked infrared sauna suites, each with chromotherapy and a Bluetooth-connected iPad, two of which are Social Saunas sized for two people, plus two medical-grade rooms for red light therapy. A visit is a 40-minute infrared session, a 15-minute red light session or both back to back, and staff bring a cool mint towel at the end. The current intro offer is 50% off your first infrared session (it opened with a buy-one-get-one), and after that the studio sells four, eight and unlimited monthly memberships at $109, $149 and $179, or 5, 10 and 20-session packs at $209, $369 and $609. Towels and water are provided, you change inside your suite, minimal clothing is encouraged so the infrared reaches skin, and anyone under 18 needs a parent's consent form. Hours are 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday to Thursday, 8 to 5 Friday, 9 to 3 Saturday and 11 to 4 Sunday, and a $25 fee applies to cancellations inside four hours. It is a practical, suburban studio rather than a spa: the draw for locals is a clean private sweat on the way home from the lake or the Shops, with couples' Social Saunas as the most-booked option.
