beem Light Sauna Las Colinas is the newest of the brand's Dallas-Fort Worth studios, a ground-floor suite at Gables Water Street, the lakeside apartment-and-restaurant village on Lake Carolyn in Irving's Las Colinas Urban Center. The fit-out of roughly 1,800 square feet was signed off in December 2025, which puts the opening around the turn of 2026, and the setting is different from the brand's suburban strip centers: you can walk here from the Water Street restaurants, the Toyota Music Factory and the Irving Convention Center hotels, and the lake promenade is across the street. Inside it is the standard beem format of locked private suites, each with a full-spectrum infrared cabin, a red light panel and chromotherapy, plus the brand's newer green and blue light options. Sessions are 40 minutes of infrared or 15 minutes of red light, usually combined, and a Social Sauna can be booked for two, which makes it a natural pre-dinner stop for couples staying in the entertainment district. The intro offer is 50% off your first infrared session, and this studio sits on the brand's higher price tier: memberships are $129 for four sessions a month, $169 for eight and $199 unlimited, with 5, 10 and 20-session packs at $229, $389 and $629. Towels and a water dispenser are provided, you change in your suite, and HSA/FSA cards are accepted. Hours run 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday to Friday, 9 to 6 Saturday and 10 to 5 Sunday; cancel more than four hours ahead to avoid the $25 fee. For visitors, note that Water Street parking is a shared garage and street spaces rather than a studio lot, and that the studio is close enough to the convention center and Music Factory hotels to book a session between meetings.
