Despite the name, beem Light Sauna North Richardson sits in Plano, in Suite 160 of the Heritage Creekside district on West Plano Parkway just north of the Richardson line and the Bush Turnpike; the 'North Richardson' label is the franchise's nod to the neighbourhood it mostly serves. Heritage Creekside is Rosewood's walkable mixed-use pocket with Pax & Beneficia coffee, Rodeo Goat, Flying Fish and Orangetheory a few doors away, which makes the studio an easy pairing with a workout or a coffee. Franchisees Joe Tran and Anna Nguyen finished out about 1,500 square feet of private sauna suites and restrooms in late summer 2024 and opened that autumn as the brand's second Plano studio. Every booking is a locked suite with a full-spectrum infrared cabin, a red light panel and an eight-colour chromotherapy setting, and the front desk will steer first-timers to the $29 BEEM Experience, which stacks a 15-minute red light session onto the 40-minute infrared sauna. A single session afterwards is $59, memberships run $109 for four sessions, $149 for eight and $179 unlimited, and buy-5-get-5 ($209) and buy-10-get-10 ($369) packs are sold for people who come in spurts. Towels and water are provided, you change in the suite, and a Social Sauna can be booked for two. Walk-ins usually get a room straight away, but reservations in the app hold your slot; the $25 late-cancel and no-show fee applies inside four hours. The studio keeps the longest hours of the DFW beem group, opening at 7 a.m. Monday to Friday and staying open until 7 or 8 p.m. every day of the week, so it is the one to pick for an early sweat before the office or a Sunday-evening reset.
