beem Light Sauna North Scottsdale

10115 E Bell Rd Ste B102, Scottsdale, AZ

beem Light Sauna North Scottsdale is a franchise light-therapy studio in a strip center at Bell Road and 101st Street, opened by local owners Nicole and Josh Cormany with a grand-opening party on November 15, 2025. There is no communal hot room: each guest gets a private suite with a full-spectrum infrared sauna (near, mid and far wavelengths), chromotherapy color lighting and built-in surround sound for streaming music, a show or a meditation app, plus separate rooms for 15-minute red light therapy. There is no cold plunge; this is heat, light and quiet. A standard visit is a 40-minute infrared session booked in the beem app or on the website, in a Solo suite or a two-person Social suite that must be reserved ahead. The studio does not print a single-session price; new guests get 50% off a first infrared session, and after that most people buy a plan: $129 a month for four sessions, $179 for eight, or $199 for unlimited (three or more a week), all month to month, with 5/10/20-session packs at $229/$389/$629. Towels are provided, wear loose breathable clothing or a swimsuit if you are sharing a suite, skip lotions and oils beforehand, and arrive on time: more than 10 minutes late and the session is cancelled, and no-shows or cancellations with under four hours' notice cost $25. Guests must be 16 or older, with a parent or guardian signing for anyone under 18. The Cormanys came to infrared and red light through their own health recoveries and pitched the studio to the neighborhood as a destress-and-prevent routine rather than a spa splurge; hours run 8 am to 7 pm Monday through Thursday with shorter Friday, Saturday and Sunday days.
