beem Light Sauna Trophy Club is a private-suite infrared studio in Trophy Club Town Center, the retail village on the State Highway 114 frontage road at Trophy Club Drive, where its neighbours include HG Sply Co, Club Pilates, Stretch Zone and a couple of salons. It opened in July 2024 to serve Trophy Club, Roanoke, Westlake and Southlake, and the studio itself is spare and bright, with polished concrete floors and a row of locked suites, each holding a full-spectrum infrared cabin with a red light panel and an eight-colour chromotherapy setting; green and blue light sessions are also on the menu here. Sessions are 40 minutes in the sauna or 15 minutes of red light, most people stack both, and a Social Sauna can be booked for two. First-time clients get buy-one-get-one on sessions. This is one of the brand's higher-priced DFW studios: memberships are $129 for four sessions a month, $169 for eight and $199 unlimited, and 5, 10 and 20-session packs are $229, $389 and $629. Towels and water are provided, you change in your suite, and HSA/FSA cards are accepted. Hours are 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday to Thursday but short at the weekend (8 to 3 Friday, 9 to 3 Saturday, 11 to 2 Sunday), so book ahead for Saturday mornings; the $25 late-cancel fee kicks in inside four hours. With Baylor's Trophy Club campus and the Town Center gyms close by, the studio leans toward recovery regulars, golfers from the Trophy Club courses and Southlake commuters who want a quiet 40 minutes with the door locked.
