beem Light Sauna West Plano

2108 Dallas Pkwy Ste 216A, Plano, TX

beem Light Sauna West Plano is a small private-suite infrared studio tucked into Polo Towne Crossing, the Super Target-anchored center on the Dallas North Tollway frontage road at Park Boulevard, directly across the Tollway from The Shops at Willow Bend. It was the brand's first Dallas-Fort Worth studio, opened by franchisees Michael and Colette Crouse on March 29, 2024 in a roughly 1,400-square-foot finish-out of sauna suites and restrooms. There is no communal heat room here: every visit is a locked suite of your own with a full-spectrum infrared cabin, a red light panel and an eight-colour chromotherapy menu, so you pick the light, the music on the built-in tablet and how much you wear. Sessions are 40 minutes in the infrared sauna or 15 minutes of red light, and the two are usually stacked into one visit. Book Solo for one person or a Social Sauna for two (bring a swimsuit if you are sharing). Towels and a water dispenser are provided, and the brand says less clothing is better because the infrared works on bare skin. First-time clients get a buy-one-get-one on light sessions; after that the studio sells 4, 8 and unlimited monthly memberships at $109, $149 and $179, plus 5, 10 and 20-session packs from $209. Cancel at least four hours ahead to avoid the $25 fee, and note that guests must be 16 or older with a parent consent form under 18. This is a West Plano errand-run kind of place rather than a destination bathhouse: regulars slot a session between Target and Willow Bend, and the appeal is cleanliness, privacy and the lower-temperature sweat that infrared gives people who find a 190°F Finnish room too much.
