bioworX Sparks
4830 Vista Blvd #104, Sparks, NV
bioworX Sparks is a recovery and regenerative-medicine studio in the Vista Village center on Vista Boulevard, part of a Texas-born chain (formerly CryoFit) that held its Sparks grand opening in November 2024. The recovery side is built for contrast therapy: a Clearlight Sanctuary full-spectrum infrared sauna in a private room running around 110-140°F, an ozone-filtered cold plunge in its own private room kept near 45°F, and a whole-body cryotherapy chamber for a three-minute blast of dry cold, with red light panels and compression boots alongside. A typical contrast session takes about 45 minutes including check-in: two or three rounds of 15-20 minutes in the sauna and one to three minutes in the plunge. The brand lists single contrast sessions from $45, with packages and memberships priced by location, and everything is booked ahead through Vagaro. Hours are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekdays, 10 to 5 on Saturday and noon to 4 on Sunday. The other half of the menu is clinical, overseen by an emergency-physician medical director: IV drips, vitamin and NAD+ injections, ozone and exosome IVs and peptide therapy. That makes it a practical one-stop for East Sparks and Spanish Springs locals who want private, quiet contrast therapy rather than a social bathhouse.
