Founded by Darren and Arielle Leva, the club features a Nomad-built wood-paneled mobile sauna that reaches up to 190°F, parked just steps from the ocean at Coleman Beach. The signature experience pairs 10-15 minute sauna rounds with cold immersion — either in the Pacific Ocean at Morro Bay or in temperature-controlled steel cold plunge tubs chilled to 50°F. Community sessions welcome up to 8 people for a shared hour of sweat and plunge, fostering a warm, welcoming atmosphere that brings locals and visitors together.
