Canyon Ranch Wellness Club + Spa at The Crescent

850 Van Cliburn Way, Fort Worth, TX

Canyon Ranch's first urban wellness club occupies 26,000 square feet of The Crescent, the Crescent Real Estate hotel-and-office campus on Camp Bowie Boulevard in Fort Worth's Cultural District, which also became the brand's corporate headquarters when it opened in late 2023. The thermal facilities are a club's rather than a bathhouse's: separate men's and women's thermal suites with a dry sauna, a steam room and cool-mist showers off each locker room, a whirlpool, a steam room that opens into the member lounge, and the CR Vitality studio with an infrared sauna pod, a zero-gravity red-light bed and neurostimulation gear. There is no cold plunge; reviewers who expected one say so. For anyone not staying at the hotel or holding a membership, there are two doors in. The first is a treatment: Canyon Ranch lists relaxation rooms, the steam room or sauna, the whirlpool and the locker rooms as included with every massage, and massages run roughly $165 to $295 with body rituals around $340. The second is a day pass, and the club now sells these to the public: the $75 CR Vitality Pass covers the recovery studio and its infrared pod, a $75 Fitness Day Pass covers the gym and classes, and the Spa Half-Day ($250) and Spa Full-Day ($500) passes bundle services with the amenity spaces and daily activity schedule. Book through the Fort Worth services page or by phone, and expect appointment-only access; the club runs 5 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily and the spa roughly 8 to 8. Hotel guests should check with the front desk about what their stay includes. The spa is polished and the staff get consistent praise; the thermal rooms themselves are modest in scale, so come for the full-service spa day rather than a long sauna session.
