Centner Wellness Gables is the calmer, recovery-focused branch of the Centner wellness group, set on Coral Way on the edge of Coral Gables and Silver Bluff. Its thermaculture centerpiece is a private Contrast Therapy Suite that puts an infrared sauna and a cold plunge in the same room, so you can cycle between heat and cold on your own without sharing a bench. Around it sits a full biohacking menu: Epsom-salt float tanks, a HOCATT ozone-and-PEMF steam cabinet, full-body and targeted red light, a BioCharger frequency chamber, compression boots, oxygen therapy and IV drips. This is an appointment-based clinic rather than a drop-in sauna, a good fit for anyone who wants contrast therapy privately or as part of a longer recovery or detox plan. The contrast session is listed on ClassPass as a 30-minute cold plunge plus infrared sauna block, and you book it through Centner's Zenoti web store or the Centner Wellness app. Centner does not publish prices; packages and memberships vary by location, so call the studio to ask before you book.
