Degree Wellness Dunwoody sits in the Olde Perimeter Way retail strip near Perimeter Mall and is the larger of the chain's two Atlanta studios, with five private suites for heat and cold. Each suite has an infrared sauna, a cold plunge, a vitamin C-infused shower and a mini-fridge stocked with chilled water and an aromatherapy compress, so you can book a 45-minute sauna, a 3-5 minute plunge, or a Contrast Therapy session that moves between the two. Whole-body cryotherapy at about -175°F, red light, a light facial, compression, oxygen and IV and NAD+ drips are offered in separate rooms. Your first session is $25, and after that the model is membership: $65 a month for two sessions, $149 for eight, or $245 unlimited (listed as reduced from $285), and sessions can be spent on any service. Unlimited members can use any Degree studio nationwide. Robes, towels, sandals, socks and plunge shorts are provided, so bring only what you need to shower and get ready afterwards. Arrive 10 minutes early for a quick tour. Booking ahead secures a suite, but walk-ins are accepted when one is open. Hours are 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. on weekdays and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekends. It is a convenient stop for the Perimeter office crowd, with enough suites that a same-day contrast session is usually possible.
