Degree Wellness Keller

242 Rufe Snow Dr Ste 140, Keller, TX

Degree Wellness Keller is a new-build recovery studio on Rufe Snow Drive, just south of Keller Parkway and the old-town strip, serving Keller, North Richland Hills and the northeast Fort Worth suburbs. It follows the brand's private-suite formula: three contrast suites that each combine a full-spectrum infrared sauna with a cold plunge tub, a vitamin C-infused shower, TV, Bluetooth speakers, chromotherapy lighting and a mini-fridge of chilled water, plus separate suites for whole-body cryotherapy (-175°F, three minutes), red light and NAD+ drips, and a shared area for compression boots and oxygen therapy. You book by phone, text or the Degree app, or walk in if a room is open; the studio keeps early weekend hours, opening at 8 a.m. on Saturday and Sunday and closing at 3 p.m., with weekdays running 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. An infrared session is 45 minutes at your own temperature, the plunge is 47°F for three to five minutes, and contrast therapy cycles the two for 30 or 60 minutes. Everything you need to wear is supplied, down to shorts and socks for the plunge. The first session of any of the eight services is $25, then memberships: Core $79 a month for two sessions, Premier $189 for eight, Unlimited $299 for daily use at any Degree studio, with family add-ons and 5- and 10-packs. Cancel three hours ahead to avoid a $10 fee; 16 and over, guardian waiver under 18. State construction filings for this suite projected completion in late October 2026, and the studio's booking page is live with no coming-soon language, so it appears to be in its first weeks; call ahead if you are driving across town.
