Degree Wellness Lower Greenville

3606 Greenville Ave Ste C, Dallas, TX

Degree Wellness Lower Greenville is the Dallas studio of a Florida-born recovery franchise that has been opening across North Texas, set in a storefront on Greenville Avenue a few blocks north of Ross in the heart of the Lower Greenville bar-and-restaurant strip. The format is private suites rather than a shared bathhouse: three contrast rooms each hold a wood-paneled Sunlighten infrared sauna, a cold plunge tub, a mini-fridge of water and aromatherapy compresses and a vitamin C-infused shower, so a contrast session (30 or 60 minutes of hot-cold cycling) never shares a tub with a stranger. Separate rooms house a whole-body cryotherapy chamber, red light therapy, LED light facials, compression massage, an oxygen bar and an IV lounge with NAD+ drips. Sessions are 45 minutes in the sauna, 3-5 minutes in the plunge, 3 minutes in cryo and 15 under the red lights. Any first session is $25, which is the easiest way to try the contrast suite; after that the studio sells memberships rather than a posted drop-in rate, from $79 a month for two sessions to $189 for eight (the most popular tier) and $299 for unlimited sessions at any Degree studio, with a family add-on and 30 days' notice to cancel. Book in the Degree app, online or by text; walk-ins are taken if a suite is free. Everything is provided (robes, towels, sandals, socks and shorts for the plunge), guests must be 16 or older and under-18s need a parent's waiver, and late cancellations inside three hours cost $10. The studio is built for a routine rather than a spa afternoon: in and out in under an hour before work (doors open at 7 a.m. on weekdays), or a contrast session to shake off a Lower Greenville night out.
