Degree Wellness Richardson CityLine
1251 State St Ste 850, Richardson, TX
This is a placeholder listing for an announced studio. Degree Wellness Richardson CityLine is under construction in the ground-floor retail of the CityLine development at State Street and Plano Road, the transit-oriented district around the DART station that already houses Texas Health's wellness building, and the studio's own page lists it as opening in December 2026 with a VIP preview week for founding members in the seven days before the grand opening. Permit records show a roughly 2,200-square-foot build-out that started in May 2026. What is publicly known is the standard Degree layout: private suites that pair a full-spectrum infrared sauna with a 47°F cold plunge tub for 30- or 60-minute contrast sessions, each with a vitamin C-infused shower, plus separate suites for whole-body cryotherapy (-175°F, three minutes), red light and NAD+, and a semi-private IV lounge and recovery lounge for compression boots and oxygen. Founding memberships are being sold now for $0 down, with first payment on grand-opening day and the discounted rate locked for life: Unlimited $199 a month (regularly $269), Premier $129 for eight sessions (regularly $165) and Core $55 for two (regularly $69). Founding members get one free session of each of the eight services during VIP week and can bring guests. Published hours are Monday to Friday 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. and weekends 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., but they are not in effect yet; check the studio page or text the number above for the opening date before planning a visit.
