Degree Wellness Rockwall Harbor sits on Summer Lee Drive in The Harbor, the lakefront dining and entertainment district on the east shore of Lake Ray Hubbard, which puts it at the far eastern edge of the metro and a short walk from the marina and the I-30 bridge. Like every Degree studio it is built around private rooms: contrast suites that pair a full-spectrum infrared sauna with a cold plunge tub, each with a vitamin C-infused shower, TV, Bluetooth speakers, chromotherapy lighting and a mini-fridge of chilled water and aromatherapy compresses, plus separate suites for whole-body cryotherapy (-175°F for three minutes), red light and NAD+, and a shared space for compression boots and oxygen. Hours are slightly unusual: 7 a.m. opens on Monday and Wednesday, 8 a.m. the other weekdays, 7 p.m. close, and 10 to 5 on weekends. Book by phone, text or the Degree app, or walk in when a suite is free. An infrared session is 45 minutes at your own temperature, the plunge is 47°F for three to five minutes, and contrast therapy alternates the two for 30 or 60 minutes, ending with a cold towel and a shower; robes, towels, sandals, plunge shorts and socks are all provided. The first session of any service is $25, and this studio prices its memberships a notch below the other north-Texas locations: Core $75 a month for two sessions, Premier $179 for eight, Unlimited $285 for daily use at any Degree studio, with family add-ons, 5- and 10-packs and cheaper IV drips and nutrient shots than the brand's standard card. Three hours' notice to cancel ($10 fee); 16 and up, guardian waiver under 18. State filings projected the build-out finishing in late October 2026 and the booking page went live with no coming-soon language, so this is a brand-new studio; it fills a gap for Rockwall, Heath and Rowlett residents who otherwise drive to Dallas for a plunge.
