Degree Wellness Southlake was the brand's first Dallas-Fort Worth studio, opening on January 31, 2026 in the Village at Timarron center on East Southlake Boulevard (FM 1709), in a suite that used to be a salon. It is one of the larger local builds, with four private contrast suites that each hold a full-spectrum infrared sauna and a cold plunge tub, a vitamin C-infused shower, a big-screen TV, Bluetooth audio, chromotherapy lighting and a mini-fridge of chilled water and aromatherapy compresses. Whole-body cryotherapy (-175°F for three minutes), a red light bed and NAD+ drips each get their own suite, and compression boots and an oxygen bar share a recovery area. It opens earliest of the local studios, 7 a.m. on weekdays, which makes it the one to book before work; weekends are shorter, 9 to 4 on Saturday and 10 to 3 on Sunday. Book by phone, text or the Degree app, or walk in when a suite is free, and arrive ten minutes early. An infrared session is 45 minutes at a temperature you set, the plunge is 47°F for three to five minutes, and contrast therapy alternates the two over 30 or 60 minutes. Robes, towels, sandals, plunge shorts and socks are provided. The first session of any service is $25; after that the studio sells memberships rather than a posted single-session rate, with Core at $79 a month for two sessions, Premier $189 for eight and Unlimited $299 for daily use anywhere in the Degree network, plus family add-ons and 5- and 10-packs. Three hours' notice to cancel ($10 fee otherwise); 16 and up, guardian waiver under 18. The studio is also listed on ClassPass, so credit holders can try a single suite session without joining; most regulars are Southlake and Colleyville locals folding a plunge into a Carroll ISD school-run or a lunch break.
