Degree Wellness Steele Creek
12840 Walker Branch Rd Ste F-1000, Charlotte, NC
Degree Wellness Steele Creek is the southwest Charlotte outpost of the fast-growing Degree Wellness franchise, in the Rivergate area off Walker Branch Road. The studio is built around private suites: a 45-minute infrared sauna, a cold plunge for three to five minutes, and contrast therapy suites that let you alternate between the two with a vitamin C-infused shower and a mini-fridge of chilled water in the room. A whole-body cryotherapy chamber at -175°F, red light therapy, compression massage, oxygen therapy and an IV and NAD+ menu round it out. Your first session of any of the eight core services is $25. After that most people join a membership: Core is $75 a month for two sessions, Premier $179 for eight, and Unlimited $285 for unlimited sessions that also work at any Degree Wellness studio; family add-ons are available. Walk-ins are taken when there is space, but booking ahead in the Degree app is the safer bet. Robes, sandals, towels and slippers are provided, so you only need to bring hair and makeup things if you plan to shower after. It suits people in Steele Creek and Rivergate who want a quick, private contrast routine close to home, with plenty of room to add recovery extras over time.
