Do Not Disturb is a 2,370-square-foot recovery studio on the ground floor of Ponce City Market. It faces North Avenue next to Pancake Social and was opened in August 2024 by brothers Brandon and Bradley Chubb, both pro football players. The core of the studio is its private contrast rooms. Each one has its own dry sauna, a cold plunge tub kept at 40-45°F (staff can warm it to 50 or 55°F) and a shower, so you can go back and forth without ever sharing the heat. The menu also includes red light therapy, Hyperice compression, IV drips, massage and stretch therapy. Every visit is booked in advance as a 25- or 50-minute private session, and a guest can join you in the same room. Pay-per-visit contrast is listed at $60, and ResortPass has shown 50-minute sessions from about $45. The Starter membership is $150 a month for four 50-minute or eight 25-minute credits, and unlimited 50-minute sessions are $250 a month. Both require a three-month minimum and let a guest share your room free. Bring swimwear or athletic clothes. Guests 16-17 need a parent or guardian with them. Parking in the market's lower-level garage is validated for 90 minutes. It suits couples and anyone who wants contrast therapy without a crowd. First-time plungers get a quick consultation and guided breathing before going in, and the studio also hosts birthday parties, girls' spa days and corporate wellness groups.
