Access comes with membership rather than a per-session fee, and the pricing is low for what is included: $75 month-to-month, or $20 to $35 a month on 13- and 18-month plans with no join fee (a $20 key-card fee applies), and every plan includes the spa, free group classes and ongoing free personal training. No day pass is listed, but the gym offers no-obligation free trials at select times, which is the easiest way to try the sauna and plunge. It suits lifters, swimmers and anyone who wants daily contrast therapy on a gym budget; the club is open 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. on weekdays and shorter hours on weekends.
