Evolve is the Dallas branch of Evolve Human Optimization Labs, a walk-in recovery floor on East Mockingbird Lane just east of Mockingbird Station that opened in July 2024 and now trades as Evolve Social Wellness. The idea is an all-you-can-use recovery lounge rather than a spa: a big communal Norwegian-style dry sauna that runs around 190°F, infrared cabins beside it, two-person cold plunge tubs for contrast rounds, red light panels, a meditation room with stroboscopic light, inversion tables, vibration plates, compression sleeves, massage chairs and a neurocognitive training station, all included in one admission with no upcharges and no appointments. A day pass is $59 and covers every modality for as long as you want to stay; local residents get a discounted first visit. Memberships run $109 a month for four visits, $169 for eight, $209 for twelve and $299 for unlimited, and the company pitches it as under $25 a visit once you are a member. Bring a swimsuit for the sauna and plunge; towels are provided. Hours are 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. most weekdays, with 6 a.m. early-bird openings on Tuesday and Thursday, and shorter weekend days. The whole space can also be taken over for two hours for a birthday, team outing or alcohol-free bachelorette, with a sauna-and-plunge circuit and your own playlist. Members describe it as a clubhouse more than a clinic, with staff who float between stations and regulars who know each other by name. Treat it like a gym: a full contrast circuit in the big sauna, a few rounds in the tubs, then twenty minutes under the red lights before you leave.
