Gale Wellness Spa at Gale Miami Hotel & Residences
159 NE 6th St, Miami, FL
Gale Wellness is the spa on the 10th floor of Gale Miami Hotel & Residences, a downtown tower a few blocks from Bayside and the Kaseya Center. It is compact and urban rather than resort-scale, but it covers the essentials: a unisex cedar sauna, a Turkish hammam, a co-ed steam room behind floor-to-ceiling windows over downtown, and a cold plunge, with five treatment rooms and a large fitness center alongside. One floor down, the Gale Swim Club rooftop pool is part of the day-pass deal. Non-guests aged 21 and up can book the Spa Pass + Day Pass on ResortPass, currently from about $60 per adult, which pairs the rooftop pool with the sauna, hammam, steam room and cold plunge; it can sell out, and some snapshots show $75. Locals who go often can join: a Gale Wellness spa membership is $299 a month (fitness-only is $199). The spa runs daily from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m., and treatments like a 60-minute hammam Dead Sea salt scrub and massage are sold with the pass included. It is one of the cheapest ways into a full sauna-hammam-plunge circuit in Miami, and the only one of the hotel spas sitting right in downtown, so it works for a lunch-break or after-work session rather than a whole beach day.
