Lakefront Banya is a private sauna retreat on the shore of Lake Monroe, southeast of Monroe in Union County. Each booking gets the whole setup: a traditional cedar sauna, an ice bath for the cold rounds and a cozy lounge looking out over the water. It is styled as a banya, but what it offers is a classic hot-cold-rest circuit rather than a full Russian bathhouse. It is built for small private groups, and the owners pitch it for birthdays, celebrations and retreats with lake views. Session lengths, group sizes and prices are shown only in the booking flow. If you want a sauna day without strangers, this is one of the few lakeside options around Charlotte.
