Life Time Biltmore is the chain's two-story, 105,000-square-foot athletic country club on Camelback Road, opened in March 2020 with Phoenix's first rooftop beach club pool. The thermal side lives in the adult locker rooms under what Life Time calls its Revitalize suite: a cedarwood dry sauna, a eucalyptus steam room, an indoor whirlpool and an indoor cold plunge pool, the last added when the company put plunges into more than 70 clubs through 2025. Upstairs is the rooftop leisure pool with resort seating and a poolside bistro; downstairs are 400-plus pieces of cardio and resistance equipment, a full-size basketball court, cycle, yoga and Pilates studios, a LifeCafe, a members-only bar and a LifeSpa. This is a membership club, not a drop-in bathhouse. Adult memberships start at $299 a month, month-to-month with 30 days' notice to cancel, and family members can be added. The Biltmore pages do not publish a day pass; Life Time's generic day-pass page lists $40 and its North Scottsdale club sells one for $50, so call the front desk (623-244-3256) to ask whether Biltmore sells one before you drive over. The published try-before-you-join option is a free guided tour, bookable online with evening and weekend slots, and new members in November 2026 get a starter session and a $50 LifeSpa credit. Towels, toiletries, hair dryers and keyless lockers are provided, so a swimsuit for the whirlpool and plunge is all you need to bring. The club opens at 4 a.m. on weekdays and runs until 11 p.m. Monday through Thursday, which makes the sauna-plunge circuit workable before an office day or well after dinner. Weekend hours are 5 a.m. to 10 p.m.
