Life Time Ocotillo opened on May 4, 2026 at the southwest corner of Val Vista Drive and Ocotillo Road in south Gilbert: a 102,000-square-foot club on 15 acres and the ninth Life Time in Arizona, launched four days after the Paradise Valley club. It was designed with hydrotherapy built in rather than bolted on. The men's and women's locker rooms each hold a full hydrotherapy suite with sauna, steam room, whirlpool and cold plunge, and a co-ed cedarwood sauna and eucalyptus steam room sit in the shared wellness area, next to an LT Recovery room with HydroMassage and CryoLounge chairs, Normatec compression and Hyperice devices. The rest is resort scale: two indoor pools, an outdoor beach club with a lap pool and a leisure pool with waterslides, 10 outdoor and four indoor pickleball courts, six lit tennis courts, six studios (reformer Pilates, barre, yoga, cycle), a LifeSpa, a LifeClinic chiropractor, a LifeCafe and a coworking Work Club Lounge. Adult memberships start at $299 a month, month-to-month with 30 days' notice. No day pass is published for this club, so the ways in without joining are a complimentary guided tour or a member's guest pass (one per guest every 60 days, member present). Hours are 4 a.m. to 11 p.m. Monday through Friday and 5 a.m. to 10 p.m. on weekends. Because everything is brand new, this is the Phoenix-area Life Time to pick if you want the plunge-sauna-steam-whirlpool circuit inside the locker room rather than across a pool deck.
