Life Time Paradise Valley

12800 N Tatum Blvd, Phoenix, AZ

Life Time Paradise Valley opened on April 30, 2026 as a 91,000-square-foot athletic country club inside PV, the mixed-use district rising on the former Paradise Valley Mall site at Tatum and Cactus. The heat and cold are built into the dressing rooms: each men's and women's side has a hydrotherapy suite with a cedarwood sauna, a eucalyptus steam room, a whirlpool and a built-in cold plunge pool, so you can run a full contrast circuit without leaving the locker room. A separate recovery area adds HydroMassage and CryoLounge+ chairs, Normatec compression boots and Hyperice vibration tools, and the rooftop pool deck has a four-lane lap pool, cabanas, seating for 300 and an outdoor bistro and bar. It is a membership club first. Adult memberships start at $329 a month, month-to-month with 30 days' notice to cancel, and the suite, recovery area and rooftop pool are all included in the base dues (Pilates, LifeSpa and the cafe are extra). The club's FAQ says day passes are sold and give full member access for a day, but no price is printed, so call 480-237-2830 to buy one or book the free guided tour. Towels, toiletries and keyless lockers are supplied; bring a swimsuit for the whirlpool and plunge. Hours are long for an early-morning or late-night plunge: 4 a.m. to midnight Monday through Friday and 5 a.m. to 11 p.m. on weekends. The rest of the building holds seven pickleball courts (three indoor), an 8,000-square-foot Kids Academy, a LifeClinic chiropractic office and a free coworking Work Lounge, and an 11-story Life Time Living apartment tower is planned next door for 2027.
