Longevity Lab

1 N 1st St Ste 104, Phoenix, AZ

Longevity Lab is a small stretch-and-recovery studio on the ground floor at the corner of Washington and 1st Street in downtown Phoenix, a short walk from the light rail and the arena. Owner Cam Kelso, a health coach of seven years, built it around one-on-one assisted PNF stretching, and added an infrared sauna, a cold water plunge and red light therapy so clients can finish a table session with heat and cold. It is calm and clean, more clinic than bathhouse, and most of the membership is 40 and older. Everything is appointment-based through Acuity: a first 50-minute stretch session is free (listed as a $100 value), and after that you pay as you go or buy into packages, with no commitment required. Sauna and plunge pricing is not published, so ask when booking. Hours are roughly 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekdays, closed weekends. Bring a swimsuit for the plunge; the studio is woman-owned and also lists weight-loss treatment after a medical consultation. Reviews (a 5.0 average on about 20 Google reviews) praise the staff's attention to comfort level and the plunge as an intentional self-care stop in the middle of downtown.
