Modern Body (MoBo) Next Level Wellness is a boutique recovery suite on North Dobson Road in west Mesa, opened by married owners Dan and Michelle Fox next door to their AZ Laser Studio & Med Spa. It is small and spa-like rather than a big circuit room: one Sunlighten mPulse Believe full-spectrum infrared cabin with built-in red light and chromotherapy, a Revive acrylic cold plunge kept around 55°F, a Rojo red light room, Rapid Reboot compression boots, a HUGO Pro PEMF mat, a vibroacoustic sound bed, PHYSIQ 360 muscle stimulation, a hyperbaric chamber and an IV drip lounge. Everything is by appointment through Vagaro, with same-day slots common; a typical sauna sit is 30-40 minutes and a plunge 3-5. The entry point is a $25 introductory session (sauna, red light or plunge, with a short assessment). Regulars join the Reset membership at $99 a month for unlimited infrared sauna and cold plunge, Core at $159 adds red light, compression, sound bed and PEMF, and Ultra at $249 layers in PHYSIQ, hydrogen inhalation and hyperbaric sessions; standard single-visit rates are not published. HSA/FSA payment is accepted through Flex, and parking in the plaza lot is easy. Reviewers call the sauna one of the best in the East Valley and mention staff walking them through each machine; the owners cite more than 4,000 sessions delivered since opening.
