Modern Wellness Westwood is the Recovery Room spin-off of a Framingham longevity spa, opened in 2025 at 32 Everett Street with the contrast circuit as its centerpiece: an infrared sauna, a eucalyptus steam room run around 100°F, a hydrotherapy hot tub and a cold plunge tub kept between 40 and 60°F, plus a halotherapy salt chamber, Normatec compression legs, BrainTap guided meditation in zero-gravity chairs and a BioCharger. Unlike a communal bathhouse, the room is booked privately: "the room is yours, use your time however you like," solo or with up to three guests. Sessions are priced per person by length, 30 minutes for $69, 60 for $99 and 90 for $149, with a $99 first-visit rate and extra guests at $69 each; an Unlimited membership is $399 a month (three-month minimum, guests $99) and a shareable 10-pack of full sessions is $999. Reservations are required and made through the spa's booking site; wear a bathing suit or loose athletic gear (clothing is required at all times), guests must be 13 or older, and cancellations inside 12 hours carry a 50% fee. Google currently lists it open Tuesday through Thursday from 9 AM, Friday evenings 5-9 PM and Sunday mornings 8 AM to 2 PM, closed Monday and Saturday, while the spa's own site shows longer Tuesday-Saturday daytime hours, so check the booking calendar before driving out. Reviewers describe the setup as private, spotless and easy to lose 90 minutes in, and the Westwood room has quickly become the south-of-Boston alternative to driving to Framingham, where the same operator runs the larger spa with two plunge tubs and the full Signature Journey.
