Monarch Athletic Club Miami Beach
1691 Michigan Ave, Miami Beach, FL
Monarch Athletic Club Miami Beach is the first East Coast outpost of the Los Angeles medical-fitness club, an 8,000 sq ft space inside Robert Rivani's Class X office building at 1691 Michigan Avenue, a block off Lincoln Road. It is a gym first, with a weight room and cardio floor, but recovery is built into the membership: contrast therapy pairs infrared saunas with cold plunges, and recovery boots and massage sit alongside physical therapy, IV therapy and hormone and peptide protocols run by the club's clinicians. This is a members-only club for people who want a coach and a doctor in the same building, not a drop-in bathhouse. Memberships run month to month at about $1,290 for Silver and $1,850 for All Access, with discounts for paying quarterly or annually; a $500 Longevity tier is sold out. Members get unlimited personal training and medical evaluations, and the club is open 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. on weekdays, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday and 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Sunday. Use the valet at the building entrance or the paid garage on Jefferson Avenue, and schedule a visit through the website before you go. Monarch was founded in Brentwood by Dr. Ryan Greene and Paul Freschi around the idea of physician-led training, and the Miami Beach club opened to founding members on October 26, 2026, with general access to follow.
