Omega Wellness Club
77 NE 24th St, Miami, FL
Omega Wellness Club is a private, upscale training gym on NE 24th Street in Edgewater, a block off Biscayne Boulevard, pitched as elite training, advanced recovery and real community under one roof. The air-conditioned floor is stocked with Panatta and Booty Builder machines and an Olympic lifting platform, there is a bright outdoor training area, and the recovery corner pairs a recently upgraded sauna, which the club says is now bigger and hotter, with a cold plunge. It suits people who lift seriously and want heat and cold right after the session rather than a separate spa trip. The club is open 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. Monday to Thursday, until 10 p.m. on Friday and 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on weekends. Membership comes month-to-month, six-month or yearly, and a day pass is offered for visitors, but Omega does not publish prices, so ask the concierge. Red light therapy is available as an add-on, and there is a full juice bar for a post-plunge smoothie. Reviewers keep coming back to how modern and spotless the place is, with a premium equipment list most Miami gyms do not carry. Parking is on site but can be tight at peak times.
