Optimyze Arcadia

3728 E Indian School Rd, Phoenix, AZ

Optimyze Arcadia is the original studio of a veteran-owned Phoenix recovery chain, opened in 2019 on East Indian School Road in the Arcadia district by Michael Roviello, a former Navy rescue swimmer who turned to natural therapies after chronic pain, and Jesse Moreng, an ex-collegiate wrestler and pro MMA fighter. Rather than a bathhouse, it is a coached recovery floor: full-spectrum infrared sauna cabins, cold water immersion tubs, a warm-water hydrotherapy spa for contrast cycles, compression boots, red light and near-infrared panels and PEMF mats, with staff walking you from station to station and coaching breath through the plunge. The standard visit is a one-hour Center Session that touches most of those stations in a guided sequence: compression, infrared sauna, cold plunge with breath coaching, warm water, PEMF and red light. A session is $49, with a first visit at $35 for Arizona residents who show an AZ ID at check-in (the online intro offer is $39 for locals, $49 for visitors); memberships exist but Optimyze does not publish the rates, and sessions are reserved through the studio's own schedule page or the Optimyze app. Bring a swimsuit for the water and sauna stations, comfortable clothes for the dry ones, a water bottle and a towel (rentals on site), and arrive 10-15 minutes early. Google shows it open 7 AM to 7 PM on weekdays with a Tuesday 11-1 midday close, and 7 AM to 4 PM on weekends. Beyond sessions, the studio runs Wim Hof-certified breathwork and meditation classes, sound-healing evenings and private group bookings for teams, and the chain sells the same red light, PEMF and plunge gear it uses under an Optimyze at Home line.
