Optimyze North Phoenix

13802 N 32nd St, Suite 10 & 11, Phoenix, AZ

Optimyze North Phoenix is the veteran-owned recovery chain's studio in the Kino Plaza North center on North 32nd Street near Thunderbird Road, in the Paradise Valley Village pocket of northeast Phoenix, and the busiest-reviewed of the group with a long run of five-star Google ratings. Reviewers describe an open, naturally lit floor with full-spectrum infrared sauna cabins, cold water immersion tubs, a warm-water hydrotherapy spa for contrast cycles, compression boots, red light and near-infrared panels, PEMF mats, a SoundBed vibration table and a PandoraStar light machine, run by coaches who talk first-timers through the plunge (one reviewer credits a coach named Brady for a three-minute first dip). The core visit is a one-hour Center Session moving through compression, infrared sauna, cold plunge with breath coaching, warm water, PEMF and red light in a guided sequence. Sessions are $49, with a $35 first visit for Greater Phoenix residents showing an AZ ID; memberships are sold but not priced online, and bookings go through the studio's schedule page or the Optimyze app. Swimsuits are required for the water stations and the sauna, comfortable clothes for the dry therapies, towels rent on site and electrolytes are available. Posted hours are 8 AM to 7 PM weekdays with a Tuesday 11-1 close and 7 AM to 4 PM on weekends. The studio also hosts breathwork and meditation classes, workshops and private team sessions, and has been used for founder and community events on the Luma platform. Third-party map listings have at times shown it as closed, so it is worth confirming by phone before a first visit.
