Optimyze Scottsdale is the veteran-owned recovery chain's McCormick Ranch studio, in a suite at 7349 North Via Paseo Del Sur near the Scottsdale Road and McCormick Parkway corner, and the most fully equipped of the four Valley locations. Alongside the chain's standard full-spectrum infrared sauna cabins and cold water immersion tubs it adds a traditional dry sauna with a steam option, a CryoBuilt Everest Peak whole-body cryotherapy chamber that runs electrically down to about -200°F for two- to three-minute sessions, compression boots, red light and near-infrared panels, PEMF mats, a SoundBed, a Virtual Therapist massage chair and an InBody 360 scanner, with coaches guiding the circuit. A visit is a one-hour Center Session with coaching across several stations; sessions are $49, a first visit is $35 for Arizona residents with ID ($39 local / $49 visitor on the online intro offer), and memberships that cover the whole menu are sold in-studio but not priced online. Reserve through the Scottsdale schedule page or the Optimyze app, bring a swimsuit for the water and sauna stations and comfortable clothes for the dry ones, and rent a towel if you forget yours. Posted hours are 8 AM to 7 PM weekdays with a Tuesday 11-1 close, and 9 AM to 4 PM on Saturday and Sunday. Reviewers say the menu is big enough that an hour feels short, and the studio runs breathwork, meditation and workshop classes alongside sessions.
