Optimyze Tempe is the veteran-owned Phoenix recovery chain's south Tempe studio, in a strip center on East Guadalupe Road near McClintock Drive, and carries a perfect 5.0 Google rating across more than 300 reviews. The floor follows the house formula: full-spectrum infrared sauna cabins, cold water immersion tubs, a warm-water hydrotherapy spa for contrast cycles, compression boots, red light and near-infrared panels, PEMF mats, a BioCharger and a NuCalm sleep device, with coaches walking each guest through the sequence and talking them through the cold. Reviewers mention a Tesla-coil breathwork session and describe the sauna, plunge and warm-tub cycle as the thing they come back for. The standard visit is a one-hour Center Session with coaching; it is $49, or $35 on a first visit for Arizona residents who show an AZ ID. Memberships are available in-studio but not priced online, and sessions are reserved through the Tempe schedule page or the Optimyze app (texts to (480) 526-4469 get the quickest reply). Bathing suits are required for the water stations and the infrared sauna, comfortable clothes for the dry therapies; towels rent on site and electrolytes are sold. Google shows 7 AM to 7 PM on weekdays with a Tuesday 11-1 midday close, and 7 AM to 4 PM on weekends. The studio also runs breathwork and meditation classes, workshops and private group sessions for teams, and gift cards are sold for the session menu.
