Pause Park Cities
5643 W Lovers Ln, Dallas, TX
This is a placeholder listing for an announced venue: Pause Park Cities opens November 7, 2026 at 5643 W Lovers Lane, just west of Inwood Road, as the Los Angeles recovery brand's second Dallas-area studio after Southlake. What has been announced is five private contrast-therapy suites, each with a full-spectrum infrared sauna, a cold plunge and its own shower, alongside two float suites with roughly 1,200 pounds of Epsom salt per pod, a whole-body cryotherapy chamber, an LED light-therapy bed, Normatec compression, a vanity room and an IV lounge staffed by a nurse. Pause sells contrast sessions in 30- and 60-minute blocks (plus 15 minutes to shower and dress), and the suites are built for one or two, with select rooms taking up to four for a small per-person fee. Across the brand the plunges sit around 45-48°F and the infrared cabins top out at 158°F; staff suggest a 9-minute heat, 3-minute cold, 1-minute rest cycle and will guide first-timers through it. Pricing is on a credit system: 4 credits for a 30-minute contrast session, 6 for 60 minutes, 3 for a float, 1 for cryo, with memberships from $159 a month (12 credits) to $479 (50 credits) listed as launching soon and a 50%-off presale on packages running before opening. Minors 16-17 can book with written parental consent. Hours, single-session dollar prices and opening-week details were not published at the time of writing; this entry will be updated once the studio is open.
