Pause Studio Brickell is the recovery chain's second Miami studio, on the mezzanine (second level) of 25 SW 9th Street, a short walk from Brickell City Centre. It held its grand opening in April 2026. Like its Coral Gables sibling it is built around private contrast-therapy suites: a full-spectrum infrared sauna for two to four people, a cold plunge kept around 38-50°F and an en-suite shower with Le Labo products, all behind your own door. Around that sit float tanks, whole-body cryotherapy, Normatec compression, LED light beds, IV drips and NAD+. It is made for Brickell's after-work crowd, and the brand says weekday evenings fill up, so book ahead. Sessions are 30 or 60 minutes; the suggested loop is nine minutes of heat, three of cold and one of rest. A private suite is reported to start around $99 an hour. Credit memberships ($159 to $479 a month) cover saunas, contrast, float and cryo and can be used at Coral Gables too, and members can add a plus-one for $49 a month. Towels, a washcloth and toiletries are provided; bring water. Arrive 10 minutes early, cancel more than six hours ahead to avoid the $30 late fee, and note that 16- and 17-year-olds need written parental consent. Unlike Coral Gables, Brickell does not offer the communal Sauna Social; every heat-and-cold session here is private.
