Pause Studio East Cobb

4475 Roswell Rd Ste B-420, Marietta, GA

Pause East Cobb opened in November 2024 at Avenue East Cobb on Roswell Road, the first Pause franchise outside California and, by the studio's account, the first facility in Cobb County to get health-department approval for cold plunges and float tanks. Heat and cold happen in private suites: full-spectrum infrared saunas for two (a few fit four), each with its own shower and bath products, and contrast suites that put a cold plunge held around 38-50°F right beside the sauna. The rest of the menu covers float tanks, an LED light bed, whole-body cryotherapy, Normatec compression, IV drips and Aescape robotic massage. Sessions are booked in 30- or 60-minute blocks. On the studio's booking page a 30-minute infrared sauna is $49 and an hour is $65, and contrast is $65 for 30 minutes or $85 for 60, a little under the Buckhead studio's rates. Credit memberships start at $79 for six credits and go up to $449 for 50, with monthly sauna or contrast guest passes on most tiers. The suggested rhythm is about nine minutes hot, three minutes cold and a minute of rest. Bring a partner for a small add-on fee, arrive within the 15-minute grace window, and cancel six hours ahead to avoid the $30 late fee. Teens 16 and 17 can book non-medical services with written parental consent. It keeps long hours for the suburbs, until 9 p.m. Monday through Thursday, which makes it a practical after-work contrast session for East Cobb and Roswell, and staff talk newcomers through the plunge before leaving them to it.
