This is a placeholder listing for an announced venue: Pause Studio South End, the second Charlotte location of the Pause recovery chain, is being built out on the ground floor of the Kingston South End residential building at 124 E Kingston Ave. The roughly 4,600-square-foot studio has announced the same menu as the brand's other locations: contrast therapy that pairs an infrared sauna with a cold plunge, standalone infrared sauna sessions, float tanks, whole-body cryotherapy, an LED light bed, compression therapy, IV drips, vitamin shots and NAD+. As of early November 2026 the studio was running a presale with 50% off introductory packages, advertised through November 13, with an opening expected in November. Memberships will use the same credit system as Pause Arboretum (a 30-minute contrast session is 4 credits, 60 minutes is 6), but South End pricing has not been published, and hours have not been announced. The franchise is owned by two Charlotte couples, Mike and Brooke Thaler and Whitney and Jonathan Culp, who plan to expand Pause further across the region.
