Each guest books a private, personalized suite with a full-spectrum infrared sauna, built-in red light therapy and streaming entertainment, with towels waiting; a SNØ Shower and halotherapy round out the menu. It is clean, quiet and solo by design, and reviewers often call it their favorite Perspire location. Sessions last up to 40 minutes; arrive five minutes early to check in. An intro visit is $20 and a single session is $40, noticeably less than some other Charlotte studios. Month-to-month memberships work at any Perspire: IRelax at $69 for four sessions, IRecover at $119 for eight and IRitual at $159 for unlimited, plus 4-, 8- and 20-session packs ($120-$350) good for a year, all HSA/FSA eligible. The studio keeps long hours, 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. on weekdays and 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. on weekends.
