Perspire Sauna Studio - Brentwood

11819 Wilshire Blvd, Suite 207, Los Angeles, CA

Perspire Sauna Studio is a boutique infrared sauna chain with private sauna suites featuring full-spectrum infrared, red light therapy, and chromotherapy. Each 40-minute session happens in a dedicated room with adjustable temperature, Bluetooth audio, and personal control — the antidote to shared bathhouse sauna benches. The Brentwood studio brings the same standardized Perspire experience that operates across the country to this corner of Los Angeles. The private-suite format is the draw for beginners and anyone who wants infrared without the social dimension of a public sauna. Sessions start at 130°F and scale up — a more forgiving entry point than a 190°F Finnish sauna. Towels, showers, and changing rooms are included with each booking; reservations are required. For anyone in the Brentwood area who wants a quick infrared session before or after work without committing to a membership elsewhere, this is a clean, appointment-based option in the growing Perspire LA footprint.
