Perspire Sauna Studio Chandler, branded Ocotillo after the south Chandler neighborhood it sits in, is a private infrared sauna studio in a strip center on South Arizona Avenue near Ocotillo Road. It opened in 2024 with nine Clearlight full-spectrum infrared cabins, one of them an ADA unit, each in its own suite with medical-grade red light, adjustable heat and a screen for streaming, so a session is a closed door and 40 minutes of heat on your own terms rather than a shared hot room. Sessions are 40 minutes in your own suite, which makes Perspire a solo or two-person ritual rather than a social sauna; most guests go in two or three times a week on a plan. An intro session for new guests is $20, a single session after that is $49, and packs valid for 12 months are 4 for $139, 8 for $239 or 20 for $499. Monthly memberships auto-renew month to month: IRelax $99 for 4 sessions, IRecover $159 for 8 and IRitual $199 for unlimited sessions with the SNØ Shower included. Contrast therapy here means the SNØ Shower, a cold waterfall shower taken for up to 45 seconds after the heat; halotherapy (dry salt air piped into the suite) is an add-on folded into some plans. Towels are included, sessions are HSA/FSA eligible, and booking runs through the Perspire app. Perspire is a national franchise that announced plans to blanket metro Phoenix with franchise studios back in 2021, and the southeast-Valley studios were part of the first multi-unit deal signed that year. Ocotillo is the one that serves Chandler, Sun Lakes and the Price Corridor; it is open 7 AM to 9 PM on weekdays and 8 AM to 6 PM on weekends, and the free lot is right outside.
